We have several spirit guides. Some of them are with us our whole life, others visit us for shorter periods or as needed. Temporary guides assist us with specific issues we struggle with or need help with.

Can anyone connect with their spirit guides, or is it only for certain people?

Anyone can connect with their spirit guides, regardless of their spiritual background or experience level. The key is to cultivate an open mindset and practice methods to invite the connection.

How long does it take to establish a connection with my spirit guides?

The time it takes to establish a connection varies for each individual. Some people may experience immediate communication, while others may take weeks or months of practice. Consistency and patience are essential in developing this relationship.

What should I expect when connecting with my spirit guide?

When connecting with your spirit guide, you may experience feelings of peace, clarity, or inspiration. You might receive intuitive messages, symbols, or dreams that guide you in your life. Each person’s experience is unique, so it’s important to remain open and patient during the process.

What is an energy activation?

The activation takes 30 minutes. After the activation, we will send you an intention statement to further amplify the energies in your energy system as well as more information about how to connect with your spirit guides.

How does it work?

All activations are remote sessions that are provided after purchase. Most activations are performed within 24-48 hours on working days, unless you want to book an appointment for a specific time.

All activations can be received while awake or asleep. There’s no need to book an appointment if you’re happy to receive the activation at any time. You can go about your day as normal. In that case the activation will be performed as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours of purchase on working days) and you’ll receive an email when the activation is complete.

If you prefer to book an appointment we will email you the booking link asap after purchase and the activation will be performed according to your booking. Please keep in mind that we’re not available 24/7 and we might live in different time zones (we’re in Europe). Appointments are not available for the same day.

Activations usually don’t need to be repeated, one activation is enough. However, sometimes you may feel guided to have another activation and that’s fine, of course.

Activations are created for the human energy system only. They are NOT suitable for pets and animals.

Activation energies are usually gentle and won’t cause any clearing or ascension symptoms. Still, *PLEASE NOTE that you may experience intense vibrations, hot or cold sensations (or both), visions, altered states of consciousness or more to increase due to the energies you are receiving. After the session you may experience temporary clearing or ascension symptoms (for example feeling emotional, a headache, dizziness) for a couple of days while the new energies are integrating. Although the symptoms can be a little uncomfortable they are not dangerous in any way. However, please only buy the session if you are ok with this.
