A heart wound stems from emotional trauma stored within our energetic field, particularly around the heart chakra—the center of love, connection, and compassion. The energy around a heart wound can become stuck, depleted, or distorted, which can cause feelings of sadness, anger, anxiety, or numbness.
Common signs of a heart wound:
- Sadness, grief, depression, anxiety, anger, stress.
- Trauma.
- Persistent emotional pain in your heart area.
- Trust issues, skepticism in relationships, difficulty forming new attachments, fear of vulnerability.
- Negative self-perception, diminished self-esteem, self-blame, feelings of unworthiness.
- Avoidance, withdrawal from social engagements, mood swings.
- Feelings of resentment and hatred, difficulties moving on.
Over time, unresolved heart wounds affect how you relate to others and yourself. You may build walls around your heart, fear intimacy, or develop patterns of self-sabotage. You may not let others love you or allow yourself to love again. This in turn may create a psychological reaction where you hurt others and cause heart wounds in them.

In our experience the majority of people have heart wounds from different things that have happened in life. As always, trust your intuition. If you feel guided to have this session it’s probably a sign that you need to heal your heart wounds.
What’s the difference between heart wounds and trapped emotions in the heart area?
Heart wounds are energetic wounds and scars in the heart area, while trapped emotions are negative emotions trapped in the physical body. This session and the 25D Trapped Emotions Clearing Session complement each other.
The session is 45 minutes long, and it will heal a large number of heart wounds that you’re ready to release. The session can be repeated as needed.
