When you purchase this package for one person or pet the first session will be done asap, or according to your booking. There’s no need to know all the dates when buying, you can send us an email when you’d like to receive the next session. Many clients like to receive these sessions on a regular basis.
Fear can be conscious and subconscious. Conscious fear is fear you’re aware of, for example fear from a traumatic experience. Subconscious fear resides in the heart area and might be felt as a heaviness or pressure. Clearing the heart chakra won’t help since the fear is located in layers around the heart chakra. This type of fear will hold you back and restrict you from moving forward in life. It can make you feel weak and small.
