Below you’ll find the most common questions regarding our services. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Orders and Delivery

All prices in our store are in euro (EUR). When you enter your payment details your banking provider will automatically convert the cost to the equivalent amount in your own currency. The converted EUR amount is what you’ll see deducted from your bank card/account. Starlight Evolution does not collect any fees or charges other than the cost of your purchase. 

You may want to check the Foreign Exhange Rate (EUR to your local currency) before ordering, using an online currency converter. Please remember that FX rates fluctuate daily and are beyond the control of Starlight Evolution. 

We can offer you better prices in our webshop since there are no added marketplace fees. We also offer more exclusive services that are only available here. 

A marketplace can be very restrictive and limiting. We’re able to serve you in a more flexible and varied way in our own webshop. 

You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email when your order has been placed. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find the order confirmation in your inbox. 

Most sessions are performed within 24-48 hours on working days, unless you want to book an appointment for a specific time. Sessions are always completed at the first opportunity to us, and we perform sessions in the order they are received. However, please take into consideration that we may live in different time zones (we’re in Europe) which sometimes can cause minor delays.

If you prefer to book an appointment, we will email you the booking link asap after purchase and the session/s will be performed according to your booking.

Our sessions are very powerful and it’s usually best not to have more than one session a day. For some sessions (for example the 15D and 25D sessions) there has to be at least 7 days between each session. This will give the energies time to integrate properly. Please refer to each individual listing for more information. We will always schedule your sessions accordingly to make sure that you are not overdoing energy work.

You can always order as many sessions as you like, and we will schedule them accordingly to make sure that you are not overdoing energy work. When you purchase more than one session we will inform you about the schedule.

Yes, you can. However, we will always check with the person’s higher self for permission before performing the session. If it’s a yes, we can proceed. It’s very rare that someone’s higher self says no to healing, but on rare occasions it can happen.

Please notice that when you order a session for someone else you agree to take full responsibility for requesting the intervention on their behalf, and you agree to the terms and conditions for them.

We will always email you immediately or within a few hours after the session. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam folder. 

If you can’t find it anywhere, please send us an email at info@starlightevolution.com and ask us to re-send it to you. 

After payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive a digital download manual by email. Please download and read the manual.

Your distant attunement will be sent to you by email (chi-ball method) when it’s ready to call in, usually within 24 hours of purchase. There is no time limit on when you call in the attunement.

If you purchase multiple attunements, or your attunement comes with multiple attunements, leave at least 2-3 days between calling them in. This allows the energies to integrate properly.

We stand behind our services and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Due to the custom-made nature of sessions, attunements and digital download manuals, our services are not typically eligible for refunds. We put a lot of time and energy into our work, and you are purchasing a service. The purchase is deemed final. 

However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and if you have not yet received the service or downloaded your item we will happily issue you a refund upon your request BEFORE the service has been received. When the service has been received we generally offer no refunds.

Refund requests made after you have received the service are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 14 days of your original purchase. Kindly note we will not offer refunds because you didn’t read the whole description, disclaimer and FAQ section before ordering!

Energy Healing

We only connect to Source/Creator/God energies that are of the Light. Spiritual safety is very important to us, and this affects all our services.

Energy is intelligent, and we all have an “energetic fingerprint” that can be traced to the person requesting a session. We will also connect to your higher self before performing a session.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare for your session. All sessions can be received while awake or asleep. You can go about your normal daily activities, and the energies will work in your etheric background. However, if you want to be aware of the session it’s recommended that you book an appointment and lay down with your eyes closed during the session.

Many people expect fireworks, but healing is rarely that way!

When receiving a session during the day you might feel the session if you’re sensitive to energies, and if your higher self allows you to feel it. For example, there might be tingling sensations, pressure in different body parts, or hot and cold sensations from the energy movements.

While asleep you probably won’t feel anything special during the session. Some people have exceptional dreams, but not everyone. When you wake up you may feel various energy sensations from the session.

It’s also possible that you don’t notice the session at all. This doesn’t mean anything; the energies are still working the way they should. In fact, sometimes that’s when healing works best.

When old, negative is cleared you may experience physical symptoms like a headache or tiredness while the new energies are integrating, and your vibration is raising. Ascension symptoms are not dangerous in any way, and they will fade within a few days. Most people can handle them without any problems.

Not everyone will experience ascension symptoms, it’s very individual. After a couple of days, you should begin to feel lighter and have more energy.

Many people don’t feel anything during and after an energy healing session and that is actually very  normal. Please don’t be discouraged even you don’t feel anything. The need to feel energy in order to to know that healing has taken place comes from the human ego. In truth, all you need is faith in God/Source because all true healing comes from the Divine.

It’s also individual how clients percieve and handle the energies. Whatever is taking place is exactly the way it’s supposed to be for you at this point in your spiritual evolution. If nothing is felt or experienced, please accept this for now and trust that you may understand more with time. Everything happens in divine timing!

Healing is taking place the way it should anyway. Your higher self takes care of that. Healing is a natural ability that resides in all of us, like breathing and intuition. Energy flows where it’s invited.

We neither can’t nor want to convince you or “prove” that energy was really being sent to you. Asking that question implies a lack of trust, in which case you shouldn’t have purchased anything from us to begin with. Please only place an order if you trust our work! Know that your trust and spiritual development are of uttermost importance to us. We’re here to support your spiritual journey and ensure that you have the best spiritual development opportunities possible. 

No, it is not possible to change a session. Each session is carefully structured to focus on specific spiritual healing aspects. Any change could create imbalance in the energies.

The 15D Auric and Karmic Clearings included in the J-Seals and Unnatural Implants Removal Session and Matrix Unplugging Session are not as profound as the individual sessions. The main clearings are included but there’s simply not enough time to do the full sessions. The individual sessions will provide deeper clearings. 
 

While effort has been made to accurately represent what you may expect by using our services there is no assurance or guarantee that everyone will achieve the same. Not everyone reacts to the energies in the same way.

Although quick results are possible, energy healing is usually a process. Individual results can be influenced by many different factors, for example the client’s mindset, energy and soul plan. It’s impossible to know beforehand how a person will react to the energies. 

No healer or psychic can ever promise you a guarantee because of free will, thoughts and emotions. Thoughts and emotions create intention and behavior = energy. This means that everything is possible if the energy is favorable, but sometimes mindset, circumstances, situations or other factors need to change first.

While we can not guarantee any specific results, we can assure you of our unwavering care and dedication when performing a healing session for you. We are committed to ensuring you have the best spiritual development opportunities possible.

You will receive an email with aftercare instructions after each session. Clients are also welcome to contact us with any questions and concerns after receiving a service. We’re always here to assist you as much as we can, for a reasonable amount of time. 

No, we will not send you any pictures. Please be aware that you are purchasing a service, not photos! Our work is energy work. We do not offer pictures of ourselves engaged in this. 

Our services are quantum energy sessions directly connected to Source energy, which is the most powerful energy that exists. When old, negative energy is cleared and replaced with new, pure Source energy you may experience physical clearing symptoms while the new energies are integrating. This may include headaches, nausea, dizziness etc. Ultimately the sessions will raise your vibration.

Clearing and ascension symptoms are not dangerous in any way, and they will fade within a few days. Although they may be a bit uncomfortable, most people can handle them without problems. It helps to drink a lot of water and rest as much as possible. You can also ask your higher self to calm down any symptoms that feel too heavy. 

Everyone doesn’t get clearing or ascension symptoms, it’s very individual.

Yes, all sessions except for DNA activations and attunements can be performed on animals. We have a separate section with sessions for pets and animals, but you can order other sessions for your pet, too, if you want to.

No, we do not offer psychic readings or spiritual communication. We specialize in energy healing and spiritual growth.

No, we do not do spell casting of any kind. 

Sorry, no, we don’t have the time to teach. We do have some digital products available on different subjects (for example, ebooks), but we do not offer a service of teaching anyone.

One of our missions is to assist people in getting their power back, which is why we won’t give all the answers, make decisions for you etc. We believe you should always be the captain of your own ship and make your own decisions, don’t let a healer or psychic or anyone else steer you in any direction. Never give your power away because you are a very powerful being! This is what we’re guided to do since so many people don’t trust their inner knowledge anymore, although the knowledge is there.

Naturally, our way doesn’t suit everyone and that’s okay. That’s another reason why we’ll always encourage you to trust your intuition – take whatever resonates and leave the rest. That goes for everything in life, not just energy healing. 

While we’re always here for guidance, advice and assistance we will never tell you what to do. Be the captain of your own ship!

Please don’t ask us for free services or personal discount codes. Although we sometimes offer free sessions to clients and animals in need, it is at our discretion only. There are several reasons why we can’t offer free services on a continuous basis (karmic debt, there has to be a balance between giving and receiving etc.). 

We occasionally offer special discounts and prize draws as a way for us to give back. We also offer some free digital products, please see the Free Resources. Furthernore, there are occasional free group healings for Telegram group members. You’re welcome to join the channel and group.

Please know that we do understand that not everyone has the means to purchase healings. There will be more free services in the future for those in need. This is something that we are currently planning and working on.

Contact

We only contact you via email. 

We do NOT offer phone or video live sessions right now. Remote healing sessions do not require phone or video contact. All the energy work happens on your etheric body and you will receive the energies no matter what you’re doing.

You can contact us in English, Swedish or Finnish. Norwegian is fine, too (we’ll reply in Swedish or English). Although we know a little bit of other languages as well we aren’t fluent speakers. We kindly ask you to send messages in the languages mentioned above. 

We don’t offer a phone service. Phone conversations are very time consuming, many calls run into 30 minutes or longer. Email is much quicker. We also can’t answer the phone while we’re working, and due to time differences.

There are only two of us and because of the nature of the business we can’t exactly train an outside individual to run our customer service. Thank you for understanding. 

Your email is important to us and we will respond as soon as possible. Emails are answered in the order they are received.

Please don’t send repeat emails a few hours after the original if you have not received a reply. This will not speed up the reply process! Kindly remember that we’re a small business and we can’t read or answer emails every hour so please be patient.  

We always respond to enquiries about services and purchases. We also welcome updates and testimonials. However, please remember that we get a lot of messages and respect our time. We may not be continually available for guidance and responses to multiple questions about this or that.
