Delivery
Please note that no physical item will be shipped to you, we only offer remote healing sessions and services that are provided after purchase. Most sessions are performed within 24-48 hours during working days, unless you want to book an appointment for a specific time.
Sessions are always completed at the first opportunity to us, and we perform sessions in the order they are received. However, please take into consideration that we may live in different time zones (we’re in Europe) which sometimes can cause minor delays.
Please know that we’re working very hard for you and we truly appreciate you. We will always do our very best to deliver your services asap. However, remember that there are just two of us and there is limited time. We strive to provide accurate timeframes and you can expect your order to be completed within this timeframe. In case of any unforeseeable delays, we will contact you. Thank you for your understanding.
Healing Sessions:
- All sessions can be received while awake or asleep. There’s no need to book an appointment if you’re happy to receive the session at any time. You can go about your day as normal. In that case the session will be performed as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours of purchase) on working days and you’ll receive an email when the session is complete.
- If you prefer to book an appointment we will email you the booking link asap after purchase and the session will be performed according to your booking.
- Pet and Animal Sessions are always performed without an appointment. We will send you an email when the session is complete, usually within 24-48 hours of purchase on working days.
Attunements:
- After payment is confirmed you will immediately receive a digital download manual by email.
- Your distant attunement will be sent to you by email when it’s ready to call in, usually within 24-48 hours of purchase on working days.
Working Hours
Monday- Thursday: 8am-8pm EET/EEST
Friday-Saturday: 8am-5pm EET/EEST
Sunday: Closed
Closed on public holidays in Finland.
Orders arriving on Saturday evening and Sunday will be performed on Monday.
Emails are also not read or responded to during our off days for obvious reasons (we’re closed). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Daily subscription services are performed every day, including Sundays and public holidays.
Please note: We may be available outside of these working hours occasionally, even on closed days. However, work completed during this time is at our own discretion only.
VAT Information
Please note that VAT charged on orders from this site are subject to Finland VAT rate of 25,5%. VAT is an indirect tax which is to be paid by the end-consumer. VAT is included in sales prices and the VAT revenue is paid to the state. When you place your order you can see the VAT applied to your purchase.
